  • Our prices per night include tax, VAT and services.
  • Our check in time is 12:00 PM
  • Check out time is 11:00 AM
One baby stays in the room with parents is free of charge. Child younger then 10 years in the same room with parents = € 30. And rate per person 1 person extra on same room 35,- on rate per person (only on Superior room). Possibility of children staying at their parents room is based upon availability. Please note that the above mentioned rates are not automatically calculated in the totals costs calculated by this website.

We request a credit card guarantee with every booking. If you do not have a credit card, we kindly request a € 25,- deposit per room to be transferred to our bank account within three business days following the receipt of our confirmation. WE DON'T ACCEPT CREDITCARDS WITH THE FINAL PAYMENT OF THE BILL, BECAUS OF TO MUCH FRAUD.

  • If you cancel your order we will charge a fee of € 25,-.
  • If you cancel your order within 48 hours of arrival, we will charge a fee of the price of a double room with breakfast.
  • In the case of a “no-show” or a shorter stay, we shall charge you the full amount of your stay.
