Seminar packages for the whole day

Package Horenbecca
55 Euro per person

  • We welcome your guests with coffee, tea, fruit juice, and mini breakfast wafers in our bistro or at the garden terrace.
  • Morning break with coffee, tea, fruit juice and cake.
  • Lunch is served in our bistro or on the garden terrace. Soup – main dish – coffee with candy –sodas, water and beer (two glasses per person).
  • Afternoon break with coffee, tea, fruit juice, candy bar and fruit.
  • Use of seminar room, beamer and screen, tables, pens, paper, water, fruit juice and mints.
  • You can make a request for a desired table arrangement in advance.
  • Possibility to rent bikes or tandems. It is also possible to rent a horse and a covered wagon for a trip through the Flemish Ardennes.

Package Flemish Ardennes
70 Euro per person

  • Lunch is served in our bistro or on the garden terrace. Starter – main dish –desert - coffee with candy –sodas, water and beer (two glasses per person).
  • Afternoon break with coffee, tea, fruit juice, candy bar and fruit.
  • Use of seminar room, use of beamer and screen, tables, pens, paper, water, fruit juice and mints.
  • You can make a request for a desired arrangement in advance.
  • Possibility to rent bikes or tandems. It is also possible to rent a horse and a covered wagon for a trip through the Flemish Ardennes.

Conditions:

  • Our prices include VAT and services.
  • During the reservation process a 50% deposit of the total sum is requested in advance as a booking guarantee. The number of persons that will be charged is the same as the number of persons we have been informed about at the time of the booking and can only be changed at the latest at 9:00 A.M. on the date of the seminar. We charge 50% of the total sum for cancellations. A cancellation less than two business days prior to the actual booked date will be charged for the full amount.
